Vashti Hardy - Author

Today Year 4 participated in an online author workshop with Vashti Hardy, author of the Harley Hitch & Brightstorm series. She gave us lots of brilliant tips for writing our own stories, starting with drawing a map of our own fantasy land. The children had some amazing ideas - after the workshop, they drew their maps in more detail and we are planning to use them as the basis for their own stories in a couple of weeks.
