Vision, Values & Committed Ambition

Our School Values underpin everything we do at school. As a school community of staff, they guide our principles of inclusive education and ensure that our whole curriculum supports each learner to achieve their very best each day. For our children, they support their understanding of what we expect of them in their learning and through their behaviour. Our home learning policy enables our children to demonstrate these values at home for their parents to help to build a strong community whereby school and families work with one voice.

Committed Ambitions

The staff and Governors of Loseley Fields take our responsibility seriously and commit to ensuring our school commits to the following ambitions through the school we lead and education we provide:

  • To provide a rich knowledge-based, enquiry led curriculum which enables all our pupils to reach their academic potential, supports transition to secondary school and prepares them for life in society.

  • To be a school of opportunity where adults and children are energised to learn.

  • To foster an inclusive culture, where all views and opinions are respected, and everyone is welcome.

  • To be a school which provides children with the tools to find out who they are and what they can achieve beyond their academic potential.

  • To be a school which serves its community well making us the school of choice for local parents.

Code of Conduct

Loseley Fields expects all members of our school community, staff, children and parents, to demonstrate our three simple values at all times.

We expect everyone to:

Act with INTEGRITY

Demonstrate ASPIRATION

Show COMPASSION

If we live our values, it means that we will:

Respect everyone and our environment

Be safe and calm

Be kind, helpful and polite

Be honest

Listen to everyone

Always try our best

Learning Habits

When we live our school values in our classrooms it means that the environment promotes quality teaching and learning and engaged learners. This means that positive behaviour for learning allows our teachers to teach and all the children to learn.

We know that we have to practice at being the best learners we can be and our Loseley Learning Habits remind us what this looks like in our classrooms.
