BBC Radio Surrey Interview with Mrs Pedder

With garden centres closed due to coronavirus, Loseley Fields Primary school have turned to nature to nuture the children during lockdown, giving them the chance to plant their own runner beans, in a nod to school favourite Jack and the Beanstalk.

The school caretaker Aleksandar Yordanov painstakingly packaged up 120 packets of seeds from school stocks which were left on a stall outside the school for children to collect at their leisure.

Headteacher, Amanda Pedder was interviewed on BBC Radio Surrey regarding this caring gesture. Click here to listen to the interview.
