Home Learning

At Loseley Fields we believe that working in close partnership with our parents gives our children the best opportunity to make the most of their learning experiences at school and further enrich their studies with support from home.

At Loseley Fields we have written our policy in consultation with teachers, governors and parents. We have ensured that all home learning covers a variety of tasks which include maths and English homework which will review learning that has taken placeĀ in class, topic based activities which enrich their understanding further and home learning and citizenship tasks which encourage parental and community engagement.

Please take a look at our Home Learning Policy and Citizenship Pathway documents to find out more.

The children had a fabulous first day at CYE, despite the slightly damp weather. They either sailed or built rafts or kayaked or assault coursed - they have really thrown themselves into the activities and the staff have been impressed by their positive attitude and teamwork!
Yesterday was our inaugural meeting of the Loseley Fields Authorfy Army! They created amazing imaginary worlds after watching @moontrug's video. Thanks @guybass and Authorfy for our box - we love it! https://t.co/4Yv2EuGGaA
Thanks to Susan @SurreyWT for visiting yesterday to help our ambitious Outdoor Education plans become a reality. We're looking forward to welcoming students attending their Outdoor Education programme on Tuesday. #outdoorlearning https://t.co/Oibdn7jlUO
